An interesting talk on how to define the architecture for a solution.
Quick analysis phase (2-3 days) and then 2-3 days of verification (including stress testing of a vertical). Main point was to capture the run-time capabilities required.
iDesign have a methodology for how to do this, and this talk is a condensed content of "The architects Master class" course held by Juval (hosted by Programutvikling) - in Norway in august.
My computer hung up and had to be restarted during this session, and I lost most of my notes.
